The CHINS inverter control integrated machine is a new type of multi-function solar energy storage inverter control device. It combines solar energy storage and mains charging energy storage, along with AC sine wave output. Using DSP control and advanced control algorithms, it offers high response speed, reliability, and conforms to high industrial standards.

In AC mode, the integrated machine has the following specifications: Rated input voltage is 110/120Vac, input voltage range is (90Vac-140Vac)±2%, and frequency is 50Hz/60Hz (automatically detected). The frequency range is 47±0.3Hz to 55±0.3Hz for 50Hz, and 57±0.3Hz to 65±0.3Hz for 60Hz. It has overload and short circuit protection through a circuit breaker, with an efficiency of over 95%. The conversion time for bypass and inverter is 10ms (typical), and AC reverse protection is available. The maximum bypass overload current is 40A.

In inverter mode, the integrated machine offers a pure sine wave output with a rated output power of 3000VA/3000W. The power factor is 1, and the rated output voltage is 120Vac. The output voltage error is ±5%, and the output frequency range is 50Hz ± 0.3Hz/60Hz ± 0.3Hz. It has an efficiency of over 92% and overload protection up to 102% (110% load can be sustained up to ±10% for 5 seconds). The peak power is 4500, and it has a loaded motor capability of 2HP. Output short circuit protection is provided through a circuit breaker. The bypass breaker specifications are 40A.

For AC charging, the integrated machine supports lead-acid or lithium batteries. It has a maximum charge current of 40A with a charge current error of ± 5Adc. The charge voltage range is 20.0Vdc~33Vdc.

The integrated machine also has several additional functions. The inverter function provides full digital voltage and current double closed-loop control with advanced SPWM technology for pure sine wave output. It has a mains bypass and inverter output, allowing for uninterrupted power supply. The MPPT function uses advanced technology with a charging efficiency of 99.9% to increase energy utilization in the solar system. The LCD screen and 3 LED indicator lights display system data and operating status. Communication modules like RS485 (WiFi) and USB are included for computer, mobile phone, internet monitoring, and remote operations.

The integrated machine supports four charging modes: Only Solar, Mains Priority, Solar Priority, and Mains & Solar hybrid charging. It has various protection functions, including short-circuit protection, over-voltage and under-voltage protection, overload protection, reverse polarity protection, and 360° all-round protection. It also has a lithium battery activation function that can be activated by AC and photovoltaic sources. It is compatible with both lead-acid and lithium batteries.

To save power and prolong the system's lifespan, the integrated machine offers power-saving mode to reduce no-load loss and uses an intelligent adjustable speed fan for efficient heat dissipation. It can be connected to various household and office loads, including refrigerators, lamps, TVs, fans, and air conditioners.
